1. About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to every order placed through this website. We may update them from time to time; the version that was live when you placed your order applies to that order.

2. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as possible and display our own photography and videos where available. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. If you have questions about a product before you order, contact us and we will confirm the details.

3. Ordering and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send an order confirmation email and dispatch your parcel. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if fraud is suspected — in which case we will refund any payment made.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept card payments, instant EFT, and mobile wallets available through our checkout. Payment must be received before we dispatch your order.

5. Delivery

Orders placed before 14:00 SAST on a working day ship the same day. Main-centre delivery is typically 2–3 working days, outlying areas 3–5 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or courier delays. Free insured delivery applies to orders over R750; otherwise a flat R95 delivery fee applies.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, used or unused. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals. Faulty or incorrect items are collected at our cost. For full details, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Warranty

Styling tools come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects when used according to the instructions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, unauthorised repair, or liquid ingress. Keep your order number as proof of purchase.

8. Your account and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We will never ask for your password by email or phone. Our checkout uses encrypted payment processing — card details are never stored on our servers.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of South Africa, and we will first attempt to resolve it directly with you through our support channels.
